Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of UNS Fleet (unsfleet.com and app.unsfleet.com), fleet management software operated by Nighthawk Express LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

UNS Fleet provides tools for trucking companies, dispatchers and drivers to manage loads, trucks, documents and related records. Company accounts are verified against the carrier's FMCSA registration.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the service.

3. SMS messaging terms

Program name: UNS Fleet Account Verification.

Description: When you sign up for a UNS Fleet company account, you request a one-time verification code by tapping "Send code". We send that code by SMS to the phone number on your FMCSA registration to confirm you control the account. We only send one-time passcodes and account-security messages. We do not send marketing messages.

Message frequency: varies; typically one message per sign-up or verification request.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resume.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service's operation.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
