How users opt in to SMS

Opt-in method: web form. SMS is sent only to users who sign up for a UNS Fleet company account at app.unsfleet.com and request a code themselves.

  1. The user selects "Create account" → "Company" and enters the carrier's USDOT number.
  2. We email a sign-up link to the address on the carrier's FMCSA registration.
  3. The link opens the form below. It shows the phone number from the FMCSA registration.
  4. The user reads the consent notice and taps "Send code". Only then is a single one-time code texted to that number.
